And the Lord will be King over all the earth. On that day there will be one Lord, His name alone will be worshiped. Zachariah 14:9 NLT

Virginia De Jure Assembly

About Us
Our values and reason for existence are based on the concepts and laws taught from the original Bill of Rights of 1776, the Articles of Confederation, ancient native self-governing common consent councils, The Bible, other Scripture and Canon, and the direction of the Spirit of God to his children.

We formed in 2020 as the Virginia Dejure Assembly, Practicing Common Law. Why did We Change to a PMA?
Because our government operates as a trust, all government property is private. Upon learning this, we did not want to trespass on the property or juris of the government. We are friends of the government, not enemies, or belligerents. A public assembly, like the common law assemblies that are organizing today, are trespassing entities. We have moved ours into the private so that we can educate others about how not to trespass and to utilize the protective veil that equity and private law offer.

To learn more about how we've evolved since our inception in 2020, watch this interview with SGAnon and PMA grantor, Heather Bingham.

The free men and women, inhabiting the land on the Virginia commonwealth, established their own form of self-governance, and was since included in the constitutions of the free republics of North America and the Articles of Confederation, cir. 1781 as a means for the people to reign-in elected government acting outside the limits of delegated power, and when a government appears to be committing criminal and un-Constitutional acts, it can hardly be relied upon to bring charges and indictments against itself. It is therefore the duty and obligation of We THE People to utilize this first form of correcting the abuse and oppression of government that has turned corrupt and greedy. That is the purpose and intent of the Virginia dejure Assembly representing the free people of Virginia together with the assemblies of free people of
the Republic of the United States.
A HISTORY OF THE ASSEMBLIES

The story has often been told that upon the signing of the constitution, reporters asked Ben Franklin, "What do we have, a monarchy or a republic?"...to which he replied, "a republic - if you can keep it." Over the years, many have argued about the truthfulness of this exchange, but the point that cannot be argued is that our founding fathers gave us a Republic. And it is our responsibility to keep it!

What is a Republic? It is a trust. An agreement between parties, that ensures the people in the trust will govern themselves and be stewards over the government they are granted. By creating a republic form of government, this means that the people of America were placed into a trust...and they became the beneficiaries of that trust; charged with giving direction to the trustees.

Before the Civil War, this country was meeting in assemblies - at the county and city / township levels. These assemblies, or private associations, were created by the people, the beneficiaries of the republic trust, to discuss their grievances and directives that they would issue to their elected officials (the trustees). When the Civil War began, these assemblies, or private associations, dissolved, as a result that Abraham
Lincoln declared martial law under General Order 100, also referred to as the Lieber Code of 1863. This turned all private property and civil liberty rights over to the military. According to this Lieber Code, "the commander of the army must leave it to the ultimate treaty of peace to settle the permanency of this change." A peace treaty was never signed. Lee surrendered to Grant, and over the next 16 months, other southern generals surrendered to northern generals. However, the commander of the army, Abraham Lincoln, never signed a peace treaty. By not signing a Peace Treaty he perpetuated the Lieber Code and the illusion that the United States of America was still based on the Constitution when in actuality, we were, and still are, under military rule.

The original form of government by the people, is founded on principles taught in ancient scriptures, manuals of chancery and equity and through word of tradition. The people who came here from Europe, as well as the Natives of this land, knew of the principles taught for self-governance and living in a republic trust, and that in order to form government under authority of the people, a public trust would need to be written. The body politic formed by the people, would need to sign this Compact, making them equal in right. This process was well-known and established by the people in these private associations.

HOW DO WE ASSEMBLE?
Many non-profit groups have formed and much of what they are already doing, is a part of the process to be legally and lawfully recognized as an assembly. However, these groups are de facto (paying money to the corporation - as 501c3 and c4 status - operating under the pretense that they are recognized by the corporation as legitimate), and are wasting millions of dollars on frivolous lawsuits that are not honored in the de facto corporate court rooms, presenting petitions that quickly get torn up and thrown away, after being laughed at, and making noble speeches and organizing rallies that are ignored.

However, these country-loving groups are really only a couple of steps away from being officially formed as associations of WE THE PEOPLE, in assembly. The process for being recognized is simple and takes only about four weeks, once a group of 3 or more people is organized. To learn how to create your own county association, click on the tab "Organize an Assembly in Your County" in the menu at the top of this page. Our private association is set up to be able to guide you through this process. It is not difficult, but you must do it correctly, in order to be lawful.
