The Association of Inner Authority Member Agreement Instructions

Welcome to The Association of Inner Authority's Membership page! If you are not yet a member of our Association, but would like to join us, please fill out the form below. All information is required so that we can get to know you better and understand your reason for wanting to be a part of our community. Please make sure you read all of the content on our website, and especially, that you have reviewed the content on our "Home" and "How Did We Get Here?" page.

Joining our private member association is a two-step process. First, please read through our membership agreement, at least twice, so that you have a thorough understanding of what the agreement comprises, and what will be expected of you as a member. We are a private member association, operating in equity, using trust law. It is important that every member understand what this means and their responsibility as stewards of this trust.

After comprehending the membership agreement, please answer the questions in the form below the agreement, and click the "Submit" button to send your membership request to us. If you are a new member, joining us for the first time, you will also need to mail a signed copy of the member agreement to the PO Box address mentioned below. You will then be sent a copy of your agreement, signed by one of our trustees. Please keep this for your records.

Also, as a part of our membership requirements, you will need to submit $30 in annual membership dues to our finance trustee. You can do this through venmo @Heather-Bingham-2, or by zelle to sblaffey@yahoo.com / 815-768-7758. We do prefer electronic payment for ease of receiving funds, but if you prefer to mail payment, please send a check or money order made out to Heather Bingham, PO Box 98, Wirtz, VA 24184.

As a TAOIA member, you will have access to the information for managing your strawman, which process is taught to members of our Chapter PMA, The Association of Private American Nationals. in order to have access to TAPAN's Thursday evening member calls, you will need to fill out their membership agreement. If you have questions about either PMA, you may reach out to us at help@privateamerica.org. We want you to be comfortable asking questions and getting the answers you need before joining us.

The Association of Inner Authority Private Member Agreement

I, a living man or woman, enter into agreement under exclusive equity, with the other members of The Association of Inner Authority, a Private Membership Association (“The Association”). We come together in equity, with sober minds, willing hearts and good intent, to form this association that will operate in the private, for the benefit of its members.

Our Mission

The mission of The Association of Inner Authority is to build a common-consent community, in equity, under God’s natural law of love, forgiveness, and doing no harm. This PMA is organized exclusively for the private benefit, education, support, and empowerment of its members who seek to help each other achieve better livelihood and safety for themselves, their families and communities. This Association is open only to those who wish to live under private law and it exists in the private domain.

Our Declaration of Purpose

We declare that our Association’s objective is to build and preserve a network of individuals and families, regardless of race, color, religious affiliation or sex, who are committed to private education, lawful living, natural rights, holistic wellness, and self-governance; having all things in common. We believe in the inherent rights of all people, as written in the First Amendment of the original Bill of Rights, to exercise free speech, religion or worship as their conscience dictates, to peaceably assemble and associate for the lawful purpose of conducting private affairs outside the jurisdiction of public law and regulation.

We affirm the basic rights of our members to act in their private capacity, make decisions about their own well-being, and engage in private contracts under God-given, unalienable rights. Our members also understand that as a trust, the Association provides a medium through which the learning, sharing, and supporting of one another's beliefs and life's experiences, is key to growth and for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared, for our members and their families.

Memorandum of Understanding

As a member of The Association of Inner Authority, I affirm my understanding of the following:

  • That the members of this PMA do not operate or function as public attorneys, lawyers, judges or other ‘public officials’ who claim to have license or expertise of the law or other codes, statutes or supposed government regulating policies and that all members including trustees, are not liable for any advice or information shared within the PMA. As such, I agree to hold the Trustee(s), staff, other members and the Association harmless from any unintentional liability for the results of such recommendations and services.
  • All information shared within the PMA is through personal experience and research, guided by the Holy Spirit (our Inner Authority) that is within all people and creatures, and that each member is obliged to do their own research and base their own, private opinions on what their intuition or inner authority guides them.
  • That members uphold and act in community with each other according to the bylaws, customs and any governing documents established by The Association of Inner Authority Private Membership Association. All decisions for the association will be based on common consent of its members.
  • That members voluntarily waive their right to bring any complaint, grievance, or dispute regarding the Association or its Members to any public court (including, but not limited to, corporate maritime, United States, international, or other public forums). All disputes shall be handled privately within the Association UNLESS the dispute has caused physical or financial harm that was created by ill intent to anyone within the PMA. In that case the injured party will bring their grievance to the resolution committee of trustees to assist in resolving the matter. Should injury or harm committed by any member of the PMA toward any other member of the PMA be criminal in nature, and unable to be resolved by a PMA resolution committee, the matter will be moved into the public domain to be resolved outside of the PMA, as the involved parties deem necessary. This act will remove all liability from the resolution committee and any Association members involved in the previous resolution process.
  • That no member, trustee or educator within the Association is bonded or insured, and that I accept full personal responsibility for any decisions or actions I make as a member.
  • All matters and personal information shared within the PMA, is property of the PMA and will be kept private and confidential, not subject to public oversight, and will not be disclosed outside of this PMA, except by express and written consent of the trustee(s) and / or its members.
  • That all members possess the basic rights to act in their private capacity, make decisions about their own well-being, and engage in private contracts under God-given, unalienable rights.
  • That both voluntary and involuntary disclosures made within the Association may carry implications and I agree to use discretion and honor confidentiality at all times.
  • That my behavior within The Association will always have equitable intent, show respect for others and reflect honor and transparency, and that my verbal and written communications will uphold the Association’s values of respect of differences of others, not judging them, but extending good will and grace to my fellow associates.
  • I will make every effort to exercise these and other attributes of equity and righteousness to others outside of the Association, so as to be an outward example of love and kindness to my fellow men and women, and so as to strive to see them as God does.

Member Fees and Resources

All membership fees or dues will be made to the Association on an annual basis, at renewal, and will be used for the operations of the PMA and not for the personal gain of anyone inside the PMA. Instructions for where to send donations can be found at the form below this membership agreement. I understand that my attendance at the weekly association meetings is not required, and that the fees paid allow me to attend meetings and utilize assocation resources at my discretion. The fees paid also cover my participation in the Association's Chapter PMA, The Association of Private American Nationals. I understand that if I wish to participate in its weekly member calls, that I will need to sign their separate member agreement, at Join Private America (TAPAN)

All people interested in learning about The Association of Inner Authority, are welcome to attend up to three association meetings, by invitation of an association member, in good standing. After the third visit, the guest can join the PMA in full participation, or will be asked to discontinue attending association meetings or events until officially joining the Association. Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests, which will be in line with the stipulations outlined in this agreement.
